PRODUCT CARE

Santana maintains the most extensive tandem testing program in the entire bicycle industry. We regularly execute dozens of qualitative tests to improve performance in areas such as stability, efficiency, handling, comfort, safety and durability. Only after surviving rigorous laboratory and field tests are our innovations scheduled for production. Once in the manufacturing cycle, our Quality Assurance Team takes charge and another level of scrutiny begins. Raw materials as well as frames in the midst of fabrication are carefully inspected and tested against the highest imaginable standards. The results are meticulously crafted tandems which you can depend on to provide unequaled performance year after year.

LASTING PROTECTION

Because we don’t want to limit your fun, Santana was the first bicycle manufacturer to specifically allow what other warranties still exclude—racing and off-roading. All Santana frames are fully warranteed to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship with no time limit. Santana is the only bicycle manufacturer certified by DuPont to provide a lifetime finish warranty. Additionally, we are the only manufacturer to stand behind the performance of its wheels (hubs, rims and even spokes) for a full two years. Further, most components from Tamer, Hadley Racing, and Shimano are guaranteed by the manufacturer for life, five years and three years respectively. Finally, all other components (including tires, forks, decals and non primered finishes) are warranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months.

BEYOND THE WARRANTY

Repairs due to accident, improper care or negligence, where we are not at fault, can be performed at our factory for a reasonable charge—an unexpected level of service to protect your valuable investment. Call Santana for further details.
